Yep, that's Chuck looking all distraught. If you're still confused, this is why he was looking so down.
I've been coming up with scenarios as to why Chuck was so upset when Rampage KOed Silva. First I thought he was upset that a big money fight with Wand was gone, then I realized that no matter who he fights, it'll be big money. Then I thought he was having flashbacks from the Rashad KO. But I finally figured out why Chuck is so down.
Chuck wants the title. Even though he's coming off a brutal loss to Rashad Evans, he's the UFC's #1 guy. Whether he deserves it or not, he could easily be set in a #1 Contender's match with the winner of Rampage/Silva. Chuck went to UFC 92 because he thought that Wanderlei Silva was Rampage's kryptonite, he figured Wandy would knee Rampage to death again and he'd have his #1 Contender fight with a guy he knows he can beat.
But Rampage had other plans, just like the time Chuck went over to PRIDE, Rampage stepped in and ruined Chuck's game plan.
The distraught look on Chuck's face has nothing to do with money or flashbacks, what we got was a look at what he must've felt like when Rampage knocked him out to take his title.
At UFC 92, Rampage took Chuck's title again, before Chuck had a chance to reclaim it.
As Mike Goldberg would say, "It's allllllllllllll overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!" and judging by the look on his face, I think Chuck agrees.
