With all of the WWE superstars making a huge impact in the MMA world, people are starting to ask the inevitable question; did any "old time" WWF superstars compete in MMA, and if yes, who and what fights?
There has been a long standing argument between Pro Wrestling fans and MMA fans, did the infamous 2001 "Brawl for it All" happen or not? Rumours have been making the rounds since the infamous event was said to have happened, but nobody knew the rumours were true... UNTIL NOW!!!
I have been looking for documented evidence of this EPIC match since hearing about it in late 2003, and I've finally found what I was looking for. Irrefutable evidence of the Triple Threat MMA Match featuring "#1 P4P Fighter in the World" Fedor Emelianenko, "PRIDE Fighting Championships 2000 Open Weight Grand Prix champion" Mark Coleman, and "Six time WWF Champion, Six time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, and One time Tag Team Champion" Hulk Hogan.
The details of the match are sketchy, but now that I know it actually happened I will do what I can to find out more info on how it went down.
The picture below was taken right before Hogan hit the Leg Drop to finish both Coleman and Fedor, what happened up until that point is still a mystery, but I know, for a fact, that Hogan won the fight.
What say you now MMA purists? WHAT SAY YOU?!?!!?
